Fast banding - quickly bundled mutli-packs

CASE
The banded food output should be 80 products / minute directly from the production line with the option of double or triple stacks. The packaging must not be damaged and the band should act as a source of information (e.g. "sale") to increase sales.

SOLUTION
The fully automated US-2000 SIB-FD is directly connected to a high speed production line. It  distributes, stacks as well as bands the products for 2 lines in double and triple stacks. After banding the stacks are brought together again on a conveyor belt. There is an option to build double stacks (80 products / minute) or triple stacks (84 products / minute).

BENEFIT
The banding line can easily maintain the pace of the entire production line and remains highly efficient and increases capacity with the same or even fewer operators. The previously printed band provides the requested sales information and bundles the product without damaging the edges.
