Case
The envelopes should be sorted according to zip code, stacked and bundled to achieve a reasonably priced mailing.
Solution
Subsequently to the envelope inserting system the fully automatic US-2000 CSTA-HL+ takes over the individual envelopes, already sorted according to zip code, and stacks them.
The stack is banded, pushed onto the conveyor belt and is ready for mailing.
Benefit
The banded envelope stacks presorted according to zip code and mailman, permit significant savings on mailing costs.
