Supportive construction for thin and soft products
Thermal transfer printers work with color band or color films. The color films are coated with a wax-like color. A push button heats the color film at the site on which a point should be printed. Thus, the color becomes liquid and is transferred to the paper or film band.
The ultrasound generator generates electrical vibrations with a frequence of 40,000 Hz per second. These vibrations are transferred to the material to be welded by a sonotrode.
