Your role

  • Maintain and develop strong relationship with existing customer and acquire new customer
  • Manage full sales cycle: plan and coordinate all sales activities, incl. technology demonstration, offering, negotiation, project delivery
  • Identify growth opportunities and possibilities for leads generation
  • Active role in lead generation using all available media (social media, exhibitions, etc.)
  • Work closely with HQ Marketing, Business Development and Strategy on local market strategy development
  • Assist Managing Director in strategy execution
  • Usage of the Sales tools to maintain high sales process quality

Your qualification

  • Preferable knowledge of food and/or packaging industry
  • Our strong preference is a validated successful background in selling with 5 years of selling experience
  • Experience in selling machinery or mechanical background
  • Strong communication skills
  • You are independent, dynamic, and pro-active
  • You will be able to travel frequently within your region
  • Fluid English or German speaker. French is optional
  • Location preferable: central Holland
