Your role
- Maintain and develop strong relationship with existing customer and acquire new customer
- Manage full sales cycle: plan and coordinate all sales activities, incl. technology demonstration, offering, negotiation, project delivery
- Identify growth opportunities and possibilities for leads generation
- Active role in lead generation using all available media (social media, exhibitions, etc.)
- Work closely with HQ Marketing, Business Development and Strategy on local market strategy development
- Assist Managing Director in strategy execution
- Usage of the Sales tools to maintain high sales process quality
Your qualification
- Preferable knowledge of food and/or packaging industry
- Our strong preference is a validated successful background in selling with 5 years of selling experience
- Experience in selling machinery or mechanical background
- Strong communication skills
- You are independent, dynamic, and pro-active
- You will be able to travel frequently within your region
- Fluid English or German speaker. French is optional
- Location preferable: central Holland
