General Manager – National Sales Manager UK

Key responsibilities:

General Manager is responsible for the leadership and development of the ATS-UK. His key goal is commercial positioning of the company on the national market, development of the customer relationships and market penetration.

• Reorganising the existing business structure
• Establish national Head office, develop and manage the local team
• Full P&L responsibility
• Maintain and develop strong relationship with existing customers and acquire new customers
• Work closely with all HQ functions on definition and execution of the strategy
• Identify growth opportunities and possibilities for leads generation
• Manage full sales cycle: plan and coordinate all sales activities, incl. technology demonstration, offering, negotiation, project delivery
• Key account management
• Organisation and participation on planned exhibitions
• Implementation of tools and processes
• Management of Service partners
• Use CRM System to maintain high sales process quality

Key requirements:

• Our strong preference is a validated successful background in selling with at least 5 years experience in the UK market (preferably in machinery/ mechanical section)
• Preferable experience in packaging industry
• Strong People Management skills
• General management experience
• Strong self-driven personality with a pragmatic approach 
• Customer, solution and quality oriented 
• Comfortable in applying digital tools and products
• Ability to travel frequently within the sales region
• English – mother tongue
