All data received shall be processed in accordance with the principles of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and where applicable in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation as well as in accordance with the provisions in this Privacy Policy. Said data shall only be used for internal purposes and, with the exception of processors who process the data on behalf of the controller, shall not be passed on to third parties.

If data is passed on to such processors, this shall be done on the basis of a contractual data processing contract in which the confidentiality and non-disclosure of the data has been agreed, and only in countries whose level of data protection equates to that of Switzerland or Europe, or with whom Switzerland has entered into a Safe Harbor Agreement.

If you enter and transmit data using the contact form, you agree that ATS-Tanner Banding Systems AG may process said entered data and answer your inquiry. You may revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to marketing@ats-tanner.ch.

The contact form generates an e-mail to ATS-Tanner Banding Systems AG. E-mails are transmitted via a shared exchange service in Switzerland. The individual subsidiaries have access to this shared exchange service.

2.4. Registering for the newsletter dispatch
The newsletter is sent out in German and English 4x a year.

The company has been certified by TÜV for data protection and software quality as well as for data protection and data security within the scope of ISO 27001 since 2011.

2.5 As part of our business relationship
We also process your personal data that we collect as part of our business relationship with our customers and other business partners, from them and from other parties involved in this business relationship.

Where permitted, we also obtain certain data from publicly accessible sources (e.g. debt collection registers, land registers, commercial registers, media, Internet), for example as part of an application. 4. Services and plug-ins used by this website

4.1. Cookies and tracking pixels
Some parts of this website use cookies and tracking pixels, including some from third-party providers. Cookies are text files that are stored on the visitor’s computer and help to make the products and services of ATS-Tanner Banding Systems AG more user-friendly, more effective and more secure. 4.5. Facebook pixels
This website uses social media plug-ins and tracking pixels of Facebook (Facebook, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA).

The plug-ins can be identified by the respective symbols. Upon visiting our website, the visitor’s browser builds a direct connection with the servers of Facebook. When clicking on one of the social media symbols, personal information is transmitted to the respective provider and stored there. Tracking pixels can be used to follow the behavior of the page visitors after they have clicked on a Facebook advertisement and been forwarded to the website of the provider. This website uses plug-ins of YouTube (YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA). If you visit one of our pages fitted with a YouTube plug-in, a connection is made to the servers of YouTube. In the process, the YouTube server is informed as to which of our pages you have visited.

Visitors logged into their YouTube account enable YouTube to directly assign their surfing behavior to their personal profile. This can be prevented by logging out of the YouTube account.

4.8. Use of SalesViewer® technology
This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.

In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally.

The data stored by Salesviewer will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and there are no legal obligations to retain them.

The data recording and storage can be repealed at any time with immediate effect for the future, by clicking on https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out in order to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your data.
