Storage: Paper and film rolls must be kept in their original packaging, protected from sunlight and stored in a dry environment. Material should be stored and transported under standard conditions of 23°C and 50% relative humidity.
As static charge affects the functionality and smooth processing of the material on ATS machines, products should be used within 12 months of delivery.
Defect claims, warranty: Any claims regarding visible defects must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery, specifying the nature of the defect, otherwise the delivery shall be considered accepted. Hidden defects must also be reported in writing within three business days of their discovery. The warranty period for paper and film rolls is 12 months from the shipping date.
